Rights / Commercial Rights
I will hold the right to use any completed pieces in my portfolio and as commission examples (unless we specifically discuss otherwise), but won’t claim the depicted character as my own or steal anything from you.
My art is for your personal use only, speak, you aren’t allowed to re-sell it on products unless it’s been specifically mentioned as you commission me.
Commercial fees vary based on your intended use, which we can discuss when we get that far ˶ᵔ ᵕ ᵔ˶
Payment
All payments are in Euro and through Paypal or Revolut. Half will be taken upfront once I begin working on your piece, and the second half is expected to be paid after completion of the piece. (You can also pay the entire price upfront if you prefer to^^). For more expensive pieces I am also willing to offer payment in installments if your situation requires it.
The Process
Step 1: You send me all the info, written or image references, and anything you want me to consider for your piece. We chat a bit, brainstorm, and settle on exactly what you want.
Step 2: I create a sketch based on everything we discussed and send it to you for approval, at this stage you can ask for smaller changes at no cost, any BIG changes like a completely new pose or such may cost a little extra depending on how much more different it is. Once the sketch is approved I'll start working on line art and flat colours.
Step 3: I show you the lineart and flat colours for any last minor changes. Once approved, I'll start rendering and finishing the piece.
Step 4: I will send you the finished piece in whichever format you prefer, wherever you prefer (chat or email).
